I'm a Realtor. I understand the stresses of the fast-paced, global market that is real estate. Add in inheritance, loss, and grieving families who are tasked suddenly with property to be dispersed involving multiple family members or selling the home where you raised your children to begin another phase of your life; I've been there, I can help. The transactions of real estate are wide-ranging and can be intimidating, confusing, and heartbreaking. Having the right person in your corner will ease your burden. I'm a servant to those in need, a Realtor to those who want, and a friend to those I meet.
With my previous experience as a zoning administrator, learning the subdivision regulations and participating with the planning commission, sprinkling in codes enforcement, I have a good, solid foundation for residential and commercial transactions. I continue to maintain relationships with local municipalities allowing me to guide you in your home buying and/or commercial endeavors. I try to keep my finger on the pulse of our thriving community by attending commission meetings, planning sessions, and working with surrounding communities to assist my clients now and in the future.
